Mehdi Bennouna studied engineering at the Ecole Polytechnique and holds an MA in Management.
As an ex customer manager in a call centre situated in France and Morocco, he has managed many outsourcing projects in Morocco for large companies in financial services and retail sectors.
His sectorial knowledge comes from outsourcing financial services as well as experience in back-office management.
He is charge of the Customer Relationship Management Division of Alto services.
Rachid Bennouna is graduated from Paris-Dauphine University (DESS d'audit 1993 and Master of Business administration 1992). He is also a Chartered Accountant
He started his carrier with Arthur Andersen where he contributed to audit and advisory assignments for multinational and local companies as junior, senior and then manager during seven years.
He joined the Accor Group as CFO for Morocco and became five year after Deputy General Manager in charge of operations (22 hotels, 2000 employees).
He then was appointed as General Manager of the Mondial Assistance Group Subsidiary in Morocco which obtained the quality of service label Qualicert by SGS.
He's in charge of the Business Process Outsourcing Division of Alto services.
