Mehdi Bennouna

Mehdi Bennouna studied engineering at the Ecole Polytechnique and holds an MA in Management.

As an ex customer manager in a call centre situated in France and Morocco, he has managed many outsourcing projects in Morocco for large companies in financial services and retail sectors.

His sectorial knowledge comes from outsourcing financial services as well as experience in back-office management.

He is the manager of the operations and technical departments.
